Search & Counsel is a retained executive search firm with four specialist practices: forensic accounting, corporate investigations, digital forensics and eDiscovery, and disputes and arbitration. It identifies, benchmarks, and confidentially approaches partners, in-house specialists, and senior practitioners on behalf of advisory firms, law practices, and corporates across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Senior hiring in the investigations and disputes ecosystem is information-asymmetric and reputation-sensitive. Most search providers compete on speed of CV flow rather than depth of pool understanding. Clients receive lists; what they need is a structured map of who is actually movable, on what terms, and against what comparable benchmarks - in a market small enough that a single misstep is remembered.
