Terms and conditions.

1. Operator

feltan.com.sg is operated by Feltan Associates Pte Ltd (UEN 202225620G), a private limited company registered in Singapore, with registered office at 1 Raffles Place, #02-01 One Raffles Place Mall, Singapore 048616.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years of age to use this site. By using it you confirm that you are at least eighteen, that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and that any information you send us is accurate and truthful.

3. What this site does

feltan.com.sg is the parent site of Feltan Associates Pte Ltd. It exists to:

• describe the company, its thesis, and its operating model;
• describe the portfolio of platforms operated by the company, namely AxeRocket, TheRiskAgent, ExecAdvo and Search & Counsel;
• provide email contact paths for general enquiries and for partnership and institutional enquiries.

feltan.com.sg is itself an informational site about the company and the platforms it operates. It does not host transactions, deliver subscriptions or reports, or process candidate applications: those happen on each brand platform's own site under that platform's own terms, and on the engagement letters that govern Search & Counsel mandates. The only interaction available through feltan.com.sg is reading the published content and writing to one of our published email addresses.

4. We are an employment agency

Feltan Associates Pte Ltd is licensed by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower as an employment agency under EA Licence No. 23S1672. Recruitment activity is conducted through the Search & Counsel trading style under that licence and in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act and the Employment Agencies Rules. We comply with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices and equivalent standards in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

feltan.com.sg itself does not accept candidates, applications, curricula vitae or employment enquiries. Recruitment-related enquiries should be sent through searchandcounsel.com, which operates under its own terms.

5. Each portfolio brand has its own terms

Anything you do on axerocket.com, theriskagent.com, searchandcounsel.com or execadvo.com is governed by the terms, privacy policy and cookie policy published on that site. These terms govern only your use of feltan.com.sg.

Subscriptions, purchases, mandates, candidate processes and editorial content are all delivered by the relevant portfolio platform under its own terms, not under these.

6. Permitted use

You may browse this site, read its content, and write to our published email addresses. You must not:

• use the site or any content on it for any unlawful purpose, or for any purpose harmful to us or to any third party;
• scrape, harvest, copy in bulk or otherwise systematically extract content from the site, or use any automated means to access the site, except as expressly authorised by us in writing;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the site;
• attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the site, or with any person's enjoyment of it;
• send information to our published addresses that you know or ought reasonably to know is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing or otherwise unlawful; or
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, in correspondence with us.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos and the Feltan name and brand, is owned by Feltan Associates Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal or internal business reference. Any other use, including republication, redistribution, modification or commercial exploitation, requires our prior written consent.

The names “Feltan”, “Feltan Associates”, “AxeRocket”, “TheRiskAgent”, “Search & Counsel”, “ExecAdvo”, “Chartered Partners” and “CharteredPartners” are trading styles of Feltan Associates Pte Ltd.

8. No professional advice

Content on this site is provided for general information about Feltan Associates Pte Ltd and the platforms it operates. It is not legal, financial, regulatory, career, employment, tax, investment, recruitment or risk advice and must not be relied on as such. Any specific question should be discussed with us directly under a written engagement, or with a suitably qualified independent advisor.

9. Third-party links

Links from this site to portfolio brand sites and to other third-party sites are provided for convenience. Those sites are operated under their own terms of service and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

10. Site availability

We aim to keep the site available and the content up to date, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that all content is current, complete or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feltan Associates Pte Ltd and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Feltan Associates Pte Ltd against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

13. Termination of access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site, or to refuse correspondence from you, where these terms are breached, or where misuse, fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, and its effective date, will always appear on this page. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with these terms.
