1. Operator

feltan.com.sg is operated by Feltan Associates Pte Ltd (UEN 202225620G), a private limited company incorporated in Singapore and licensed by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower as an employment agency under EA Licence No. 23S1672. Our registered office is 1 Raffles Place, #02-01 One Raffles Place Mall, Singapore 048616.

References to “Feltan”, “we”, “our” or “us” in this policy mean Feltan Associates Pte Ltd in its capacity as operator of the parent site feltan.com.sg. Feltan also trades under the names AxeRocket, TheRiskAgent, Search & Counsel, ExecAdvo, Chartered Partners and CharteredPartners; this policy governs only feltan.com.sg. Personal data collected through any other Feltan-operated site is governed by the privacy policy published on that site.

2. Personal data we collect

2.1 Information you give us

feltan.com.sg has no contact forms. The only way personal data reaches us through this site is by you choosing to write to one of our published email addresses, namely info@feltan.com.sg and partnerships@feltan.com.sg. When you do, we receive your email address, your name (if you provide one), the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to send.

2.2 Information collected automatically

This site does not run web analytics, advertising tags, behavioural tracking, session replay or A/B testing tools. Our infrastructure provider may keep aggregate server-side request logs for security and platform delivery. See our cookie policy for full detail.

3. How we use personal data

We use the personal data you send us only for the purposes for which it was sent and for closely related purposes, including to:

• respond to your enquiry;
• carry on related correspondence with you, including follow-up and introductions you ask us to make;
• evaluate and progress partnership and institutional enquiries sent to partnerships@feltan.com.sg;
• comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including those arising under the Employment Agencies Act and the PDPA; and
• protect our legitimate business interests, including the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

We do not market to you on the basis of an enquiry sent through this site, and we do not transfer your enquiry to a third party for marketing purposes.

4. Who we share personal data with

We share personal data only where it is necessary:

• Service providers acting as our processors, including Vercel Inc. (website hosting and email-link delivery infrastructure) and any email provider through which we receive mail at our published addresses. Each is bound by appropriate written terms.
• Regulators, law enforcement or other authorities, where we are required by law to disclose information.
• Professional advisors, including auditors and lawyers, where reasonably required.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third-party advertising networks or data brokers.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers process personal data in jurisdictions outside Singapore (for example, the United States and the European Economic Area). Where personal data leaves Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient is bound to a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including by reliance on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. How long we keep personal data

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was sent, or as required by law:

• Enquiry records: for the life of any related engagement and for a further period of seven years thereafter for audit and regulatory purposes.
• Server and security logs: kept only for so long as is needed for security and operational purposes.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• withdraw any consent you have given us (which will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal);
• request that we delete personal data where there is no overriding legal or business reason to retain it; and
• lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address below. We will respond within thirty days, or sooner where the law requires.

8. Each portfolio brand has its own policy

AxeRocket, TheRiskAgent, Search & Counsel and ExecAdvo each collect personal data under their own published privacy policies, available from each platform's own site. This policy governs only personal data collected through feltan.com.sg. If you have submitted personal data to one of those platforms, the privacy policy on that platform is the one that applies.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. No system is impenetrable; we will tell you, and the appropriate authorities, in the event of a notifiable data breach as required by law.

10. Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete the data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, and its effective date, will always appear on this page.
